After 7 years, finally you gave me one reason I could coopted with instead of excuses. Although, in the light of all things’ve been passed during those years, I still couldn’t be entirely sure. There’s just way too many layers posing in in that suit of armor you called “defense mechanism”.
Like I said, I don’t know. At which point I agree it’s no longer relevant. Pointless, even. Especially in this two weeks notice.
Nevertheless, I thank you. For it was somewhat closed he book in my part. I wish could provide a promise of sort, but honestly, I can’t. I could make an effort, yes–wholeheartedly, even, but really, who’s to know what the future might hold?
I don’t know if these words ever mean anything to you. Perhaps they don’t or won’t–at least that what you’d say.
