A Great Way To Start The Day…

Pain on my left chest has grown stronger lately,.. hmm maybe that’s because I’ve inhaling too much smoke these past few weeks.. I guess I did it to put some fog inside my head to blur away some unwanted thoughts..
Silly huh..? I admit I am.. 
I took the picture yesterday morning with my handphone camera, while having those ‘toxic stimulant’ on my office’s balcony. What a great way to start the day…
What a great way to start the day… hmmmm lain banget ama gw , kalow gw startnya pake minum teh dan baca koran ( setelah berkutat ama kesibukan pagi bantuin anak2 sebelum & ke sekolah ) , pengennya sih minum kopi sayangnya gw allergi ama kafein setiap abis minum rasanya mo pingsan , merokok …huaaaa asma gw bakalan kambuh …

Just wanna say get well soon, i know it’s a hard thing to quit smoking, but could you do it less..??? remember Healthy is the bless and you have to take care of it, you’ll find out the meaning after you got sick, sleep well, don’t wake up in the middle of the night just for thinking and your sense on the air keep praying.. God Merciful on that time, keep praying and praying..the path will be wide open, mind and heart stop pumping without nothing, cause our heart and our mind together with the Mercy of Allah..I’ll keep parying for you,..I hope the best thing for you ever and forever..

sebuah survei dilakukan trhdp 100 orang yg berumur di atas 80 tahun. hanya 12 orang yg tak merokok, 70 orang adalah penimum alkohol ringan (social drinking), dan tau ngga apa yang 100%? Mereka semua orang yang menikmati hidup, dengan humor, keceriaan, dan tak pernah terlalu khawatir dengan apapun.
